Region V State Day 2012 Hosted by Theta Chapter at The Ohio State University - Sunday, April 15, 2012 The Great Lakes Area Team and Theta Chapter formally invite all alumnae to join us for a day of sisterhood during State Day 2012! 9:00-10:00am Registration & Continental Breakfast - Ohio Union 10:00am Welcome & Opening Assembly 11:00-11:45am Workshops 12noon-12:45pm Workshops 1:00pm Lunch 2:00pm Keynote Address 2:45pm Alumnae and Collegiate Awards 3:30pm Senior Ceremony/Friendship Circle RSVP: Cost for the day is $25.00. RSVP deadline is March 15, 2012. Attire is business causal. Location: Events will take place at the Ohio Union, 1739 N. High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43210. Parking is available in the attached garage at a cost of $6. Lodging details will be provided soon. Awards: Alumnae Chapters must complete the Alumnae Chapter Review Form to be eligible for the Outstanding Alumnae Chapter Award. Nominations are also being accepted for a number of individual and chapter awards: Lamplighter Award (one recipient per Alumnae Chapter) Cooks-Davies Alumnae Collegiate Relations Award Olive McCune Loyalty Award Joan Dondrea Lowry Philanthropy Award Helen Reimund "Love" Philanthropy Award Nomination forms may also be found in electronic format on the Great Lakes Area Alumnae DZ Metro group page and are due by April 2, 2012. Chinese Auction: Each Alumnae Chapter is asked to donate an item valued at $25.00 for the Chinese Auction benefitting the Delta Zeta Foundation. Saturday evening dinner: Alumnae will gather for dinner Saturday evening at a location TBD. We look forward to seeing you there!
