Canada Country Chairman -
Heather Dichter received her B.A. in history from the
University of Michigan in 2000, her M.A. in history at the
University of North Carolina (2002) and her Ph.D. in history at the
University of Toronto (2008). She is currently a lecturer at the
University of Toronto in the Department of History and Faculty of
Physical Education and Health. Heather joined Delta Zeta at the
University of Michigan (Alpha Eta), helped re-found the Chapel Hill
alumnae chapter and is a founding member of the Alpha Eta Chapter
Association. She has acted as the Delta Zeta delegate to the
Toronto Area Alumnae Panhellenic since 2005, serving as Philanthropy
Chair (2006-08) and Secretary (2008-10). Heather is also a
Panhellenic Recruitment Advisor at the University of Toronto.

Heather Dichter
Michigan State Alumnae Chairman - Diane
Cesarz: attended Grand Valley State
University, Lansing Community College and, to her parent's relief,
finally graduated from Michigan Technological University with a B.A.
in Scientific and Technical Communication. Following in her
Grandmother's footsteps, she found her sister's in Delta Zeta. As a
Lambda Theta, Diane served the chapter in many roles such as
newsletter chair, Panhellenic delegate, courtesy chair, founder of
safe ride, and chapter president. She also served on the senior
student council and board member of Inter-Fraternity Council. Diane
has a Masters's in Public Administration from the University of
Michigan and works for a non-profit organization. She supports other
non-profit organizations that focus on health and wellness, the
arts, and the revitialization and sustainability for the Great Lakes
region. Diane likes a variety of activities: fitness (yoga, TRX,
biking, kickboxing, swimming), brain teasers (an avid reader,
"playing" the piano, quilting), and social time (meeting new people
on their travels, spending time with husband [Jim - a TKE from
Michigan Tech], their family and friends, and their two dogs, Mona,
Lisa). The Cesarz's love sports and music as long time season ticket
holders for the Detroit Lions and the Detroit Symphonic Orchestra. Diane is looking forward to the opportunity to serve her sisters on
this journey.

Diane Cesarz
Ohio State Chairman - Allison
Lehman was initiated in 2003 by the Alpha Rho chapter at
Ohio Wesleyan University. While a collegian, she served her chapter
as webmistress, as well as chairing the sportswear, sunshine, and
social internal positions. Since graduating in 2006 with a Bachelor
of Arts degree, Allison has joined both the Columbus and Delaware
Area alumnae groups. With the Columbus alumnae Allison held
positions as Panhellenic representative and programming chair. She
is currently assisting the Columbus alumnae chapter by planning the
2010 Region V Day ("State Day"). With the Delaware Area alumnae
Alison won the Lamplighter award for distinguished alumnae service
in 2009 and currently serves as president. Outside of Delta Zeta,
Allison works as a quality control analyst with Chase Home Finance.
She lives in Columbus, Ohio, with her partner Josh, their two cats,
two fish, and a turtle. Allison is very enthusiastic and excited
about beginning her position as State Chairman for Ohio!
