Great Lakes Alumnae- I have a number of reminders for you! 1) Alumnae Chapter dues/rosters are due March 10 (REQUIRED for your chapter to be eligible for awards at the 2010 Convention) 2) Alumnae Chapter Excellence Award nominations are due April 1 3) Alumnae Philanthropy reports are due April 15 4) Alumnae Chapter Treasurers should have filed the annual 990-N postcard by now - visit http://epostcard. if you have not done so 5) Region V (Ohio) State Day is SUNDAY, April 25 at Ohio University in Athens 6) National Convention will be held June 30th - July 3, 2010 Numbers 1-3 above directly relate to award eligibility at National Convention - there are many alumnae chapters in the Great Lakes Area that are deserving of recognition, so I encourage you to meet or beat these deadlines. I have attached the forms that go along with these items, and included the due dates in the file names. I also wanted to provide a quick update on the alumnae structure pilot. The pilot was slated to begin on January 1 but is running behind schedule. Interviews will be conducted within the next few weeks and the State Chairman announced soon after. Look for an announcement from me after the appointments are made regarding a few volunteer opportunities in the Great Lakes Area (financial, awards chairmen, etc.) I hope all if you are staying warm.
