Pamela McClure Cronenwett Loyalty Award This award shall be presented to an alumna member of Delta Zeta in Region VI who has made a significant contribution to her sorority through her loyalty, interest, and devotion. Since this award is a Region, rather than a chapter award, you may wish to nominate someone who is not a member of your alumnae chapter, but who you know has fulfilled the qualifications fro this award. This may be a person who lives in an area where an organized chapter or club does not currently exist. Congratulations to Judy Dallaire Christian, Beta Rho chapter (Michigan State) Initiate and Metro Detroit Alumnae Chapter Member, for being named the 2006 Pamela McClure Cronenwett Award Winner Winner! Judy Dallaire Christian was initiated into Beta Rho chapter at Michigan State in 1964. She remained active after college by serving as CCD for Beta Rho and Epsilon Sigma (Wayne State University). Later she switched to the alumnae side of Delta Zeta membership and worked with the Michigan Alumnae chapters as the Province Alumnae Director (PAD), which is similar to today’s Area Alumnae Director (AAD) position. When the Province/Region structure change, called REACH, was ratified at the 1996 National Convention, Judy became one of the country’s ten Area Alumnae Directors. Later she assisted the Great Lakes Team as the Development Chairman. Judy has been an active member of the Metropolitan Detroit Alumnae Chapter for many years, and has held several elected offices and committee chair positions, including the Flame Fantasy chair position. She currently serves as the Lamplighter newsletter editor for the chapter, a role she has held for some time. In Region VI, Judy serves as chair of the Evelyn Adams Costello Scholarship Committee, and on the National level, she is a strong supporter of the Delta Zeta Foundation.
