The Delaware Area Alumnae Chapter is one of the newest formal Alumnae Chapters in the Great Lakes Alumnae Area.  The chapter was formally recognized at the 2006 Delta Zeta National Convention.

The purpose of the Delaware Area Alumnae group is to provide a platform for networking, social, and community involvement for Delta Zeta alumnae in Delaware and the surrounding areas.  The Delaware Area Alumnae will also serve as a means of support for the Alpha Rho Chapter at Ohio Wesleyan University and the Zeta Kappa Chapter at Ohio Northern University.

Dues: We are now collecting dues!  A minimum $25.00 donation is requested for payment of your annual dues.  For information about where to send your check, contact Allison Lehman,

All Delta Zeta alumnae in Delaware and the surrounding areas (even from as far as the Marysville, Marion, and Galion areas) are welcome!

The Delaware Alumnae enjoyed a sisterhood event at the Bare Bowl on November 8, 2009.

Here are photos from our Walk4Hearing event we participated in on October 17, 2009

On May 17, 2008, we participated in the Columbus Komen Race for the Cure and raised over $1,200.00 toward the fight against breast cancer.

The Delaware Area Alumnae participated in the Delaware Speech and Hearing Center's Costume Bowling Fundraiser on April 26, 2008, raising $135.00 for the center.

On February 7, 2006, we gathered to paint our own pottery with the Columbus Alumnae and the collegians of Alpha Rho Chapter at The Bare Bowl.  A great time was had by the over 20 women in attendance!

Our first gathering was held Tuesday, September 13, 2005 at the Old Bag of Nails Restaurant in Downtown Delaware, and attended by over 25 Delta Zeta alumnae.
